This blog gets its name from a quote by Alexander Solzhenitzyn, the great Russian novelist and Nobel Laureate:
"Own only what you can carry with you; know language, know countries, know people. Let your memory be your travel bag."
Unfortunately, we own way more that we can carry with us and over the years our travel bags have turned into a container that we keep moving around the world. The blog is to share some of the memories with our friends, many of whom have to be blamed for that container.
